Mweb not reachable!!

Very bad customer service. I have been trying for 4 days to get through to cancel my service, I hold for over 30min at a time and still don't get through. I have used facebook and instagram which refers me to the app which doesn't work!!!! How am I supposed to log a query on an app that doesn't work? This is unacceptable!
