Mweb not providing service to me as a client keep on lying that vumatel will attend

Vumatel is not attending any issues from Khayelitsha the fibre is bad and not maintaining the infrastructure and yet ISP keeps on taking the money.

Mweb is chowing the money knowing that exactly that service is not provided to clients, its been a month and a half.
