Mweb not process my cancellation

I cancelled my contract. Recieved an email that says a confirmation will be forwarded shortly. Been 2 weeks. Still no confirmation. Have called in and every time the support confirms that i will recieve it shortly. But nothing happens. No response to my online queries either.
