MWEB NOT HOSTING WEBSITE

I found out by accident that Mweb was not hosting my website, despite me paying on a monthly basis. On enquiry, I was told that they do not support legacy systems. Taking money from me without service is *****. I then asked for a backup of my webpage, as I intended to move to another company that would host my webpage. I then got it in writing the MWEB DOES NOT MAKE BACKUPS !!. ***- this is the cardinal sin of any IT company not to do backups.
