Mweb Not Giving Us Answers about An Installation Date

We are trying to get our installation date confirmed and mweb can't seem to give us any number to contact at Openserve to confirm the date. We have phoned 4 times and spoken to different people and everytime there is a different answer. We just want to make sure our installion will be done this Friday as we signed up with them over a month ago. I have checked online at the installion date is still in March which is incorrect.
