MWEB not doing their jobs

Yesterday at 6 am my internet was cut off due to product changes or something, which doesn't make sense cause I never requested any changes

I tried calling the whole day just to waste over R250 on airtime, just for technical to eventually told me they can't help me because my line needs to be activated again by the sales team but they can't do it right now cause it's after 6 and that they'll help me today (Saturday) guess what their lines are down

I paid for my line earlier this week

This is really inconvenient as I don't just use my internet for fun and games, I use it for work and if I can't work I can't pay ****
