MWEB not delivering on their promise.

In June my mom who is now in frail care downgraded her subscription from R300 to R59. We got a confirmation email after we spoke to the agent ensuring us it is all done and will be adjusted with the next payment. The next payment 1 Aug was still R300 and I contacted them again and they said it will happen with the next payment. On 31 Aug the next payment went off and this time it was R420. I emailed them immediately with the proof of downgrade asking them to reverse the incorrect payment ASAP as my mom needs the money. It is now 11 Sept. 11 days later and ai have sent 8 emails and absolutely no reaction or response from them at all. I wrote this review in the hope that they will get back to us as contacting them directly did not work.
