MWeb not approving domain transfers - Not registering domains in their clients ownership / name

Why doesn't MWeb approve .co.za domain transfers when requested from another hosting company? I've put in a request to have 3 domains transferred. The client/domain owner hasn't received the ticket. Which means MWeb as the registrar of the domain is receiving the ticket and ignoring it. Please advise.
