Mweb not adhering to their own promotional stipulations

I app**** for a product at Mweb on 5 November 2020 - the product was part of a promotion for a Fiber internet line including free installation, a free router and 2 months free subscription. Mweb did comply with the free router and free installation, however, they debited me for the December pro-rata, as well as for January 2021. Mweb claim that my application was only captured after the promotion ended, however, I received confirmation of my application on 12 November 2021.

I have submitted several queries in this matter with no success. I received feedback from them on 7 January 2021 stating that they captured the application after the promotion ended, and since then I have submitted 3 responses/queries with no response from Mweb.

This is unacceptable and utterly unfair!!!
