Mweb not acting in good faith

I have recently contacted MWeb to cancel my Fibre contract as I was moving. Now I find that the last two remaining months they have increased my subscription by R60. No explanation or correspondence. I just received a statement with the increased tariff. Very unprofessional. Also to get trough to them its very difficult.
