Mweb nonsense

I'm sick to my stomach with Mweb,I paid for October and sent POP ,in November I'm told I didn't pay for October even after sending the POP and them acknowledging it ,paid for November but I'm still told to pay double since I did not pay for October, like what the hell, you call them and tell them to check their mails they make u hold for donkey ages and disconnect your call...
