MWEB NON EXISTENT SERVICE AND CONNECTIVITY

MWEB service is the absolute worst. My internet works intermittently. It hangs and buffers everyday on 30meg Fibre line. MWEB Support is NON EXISTENT. Cannot even get through to Tech Support. Most unfriendly user menu to log a call...Absolutely pathetic.
