MWEB NON-EXISTENCE SERVICE
Place an order for my wifi connection, nobody contacts me to state that theres an issue and I am waiting for connection as I work from home. Call centre makes me hold on forever, I did not get to speak to anyone. Email staff who say that they calls but my phone doesnt ring

09 Dec 2024, 11:20I was contacted by a very sarcastic Scott Ross from MWEB. Scott needs to go on a customer etiquette course so as to not infuriate an already frustrated customer. Scotts arrogance will not get him anywhere, he needs to learn alot about handling people especially in the service industry. Your attitude stinks.
