MWeb - non existence

I am a paid customer of Mweb, BUT there is no way that you can contact them. When you phone, they send a OTP which never arrived, when you want to send an email, suddenly you email address, on which they send you emails, is wrong??? Really???? I am using my email address for 20 years, and now suddenly it is wrong. There is no email address where you can try to send an email. Goodness, this was a big fault making use of them as service provider
