MWEB - no WiFi for a week?!

We have been without WiFi for a week now. Our fiber (Openserve) works but there's something wrong with the specific router Mweb informed us. I've been trying to call them but keep on getting cutting of. My husband and I both work from home. Please Mweb surely there must be a Plan B?
