MWEB - no support~!

What a freaking nightmare to reach out to MWEB tech support! I've been trying to reach tech support at MWEB for this whole week and was unable to... Too high call volumes, I just never reach anyone before the call drops, and the live chat thingy on the website always just tells me to hold on, someone will be with me shortly...
