Mweb-no service or help in 2 weeks

Hi there. I am extremely unhappy with the service as well as my husband who has been unable to work due to internet being down (he works from home). I've had no response to my emails asking why nobody has helped me resolve the internet which has been down for almost 2 weeks now. At this point I've really given up on getting answers as to why my line is on Static IP and nobody has gotten back to me. I pay almost R800 which is a lot for me and this is the service I get and at a loss now due to no work getting done in 2 weeks. What a nightmare this has been!
