Mweb no service on phone or email.

I've been trying for the last 2 days to phone your technical support team (web hosting / domain) product.

I was caller number 1 for 15 minutes with nobody answering.

I've also emailed ********** with not a response for 72 hours now.

How must I get serviced for things I pay for? I have no problems leaving towards Hetzner if you don't want me as a customer.
