MWeb - No service

I signed up 28 October 2021 Installation done with Wifi line from a very friendly Company - Thanks From MWeb : I did not receive any sms or email to connect to view my order I am still waiting for the router BUT although sign up for the free 1 month period MWeb duducted R66 odd rands from my Bank Account After numerous times trying to log for help .... still nothing Send my Cell number MWeb will send an OTP - BUT I STILL RECEIVED NOTHING NOT EVEN AN OTP I even tried on Messenger but no one responded I would love to use the online log a complaint from MWeb but without logging on password that is promised via SMS .... I have not receive anything Please is there anybody that can help Thanking you
