MWEB no service

The service at Mweb is the worst service ever. I cant reach them by phone or if I can my R100 airtime runs out before I speak to anyone. Their chatbot is useless and there is no agents answering their chats. If there is outages they tell you to phone that provider with regard to it and when you phone the fibre provider..they say phone mweb. Although they give far better service than mweb. I AM TOTALLY DISGUSTED. There is absolutely no way to contact them even though they offer different ways to contact them. They also dont care about bad reviews. You as the customer just mean nothing to them.
