MWEB No Service

Placed my order on 2 January 2020, Fibre installation was done 28 January 2020 but I have no information on delivery of router. I was contacted 04/02/2020 to arrange for delivery of router on 05/02/2020. I arranged for someone to stay at my house for the day to receive the router only to be called by delivery company and told that it is not convenient for them to deliver today. None of the online platforms are working and the phone system returns to main menu irrespective of selection. Eventually spoke to a person in sales who transferred me back to the system which does not work.
