MWEB NO Service and False Promises
They are absolutely useless as an ISP. If you have a problem, they just don't respond. I have logged a query on the website, and after 6 days still no response, for a downtime issue. I called twice and they were going to investigate and call back. I asked to cancel, and they said they have made a note and the retentions department will call me for cancelation. Yet again 4 days later and no call. How do I cancel as my contract did expire luckily.

28 Apr 2023, 14:44So I once again had to call MWEB to find out what is going on with my ticket. Just to find out that the Fiber provider has given feedback to MWEB 4days ago and no one "picked it up". Yet again, utter uselessness. And I am not surprised that they have not even given a reply on my review here....
