MWEB NO SERVICE

I have tried 3 x times to make contact with the "help "service ... You just hold on . They do not answer the phone . They increase monthly billing without notice. Their system is FAULTY !!!! It keeps on cutting me off . The computer works with other service providers but NOT MWEB . I am cancelling with IMMEDIATE EFFECT
