Mweb no service

Mweb lte down again. Phoned mweb 3 times. Changed the rooter settings. No joy. Tekom lte sim. What a lot of ****. No joy from mweb. Mweb you get paid every month and I dont get service. Your technical department said I should be running at full. What a lot of bull. Sort this **** out. And no I am not going to hold on on my cellphone for another 43 minutes.
