MWEB - NO router provided after 7 months

I signed up with you guys in June 2020 and have not yet received my fibre router. I'm currently using my old router that does not give me the actual.speed that I'm paying for (this was confirmed by one of your techies). I tried contact he sales dept on numerous occassions but you are constantly on hold. Why should i pay for a 100mbps line when the best i get is 40????? The router was meant to be included as part of package but it is yet to be provided. I'm shocked at the service, i've been a customer since 2016. Can someone please contact me on *** to resolve this query or i will have to seek an alternate provider
