Mweb no response

On the 30th of March i phoned in to cancel our contract as we were in the process of moving the business, internet access was given at new premises spoke to Rashee. We then thought all is good. The amount still got deducted where upon i phoned again and spoke to Trisha, who then said no we are suppose to lock the cancelation on the website. After trying this for days and not getting it right, i phoned again and was told that was the only way (how pathetic) I then phoned again and said this is stupid i mean surely i can email a cancelation letter, i was given this email adress : [Email Removed] I have send this twice to them already WITH NO RESPONSE, but yet we get phoned by debt collectors with regards to an outstanding amount!!! Honestly i suppose the emails has vanished into no man's land!
