Mweb - No process to change banking details

I have 2 Mweb Vuma accounts going off on 2 different bank accounts, I called in to have both accounts go on 1 bank account and they don't a have process to do that. I was advised to cancel the 1 account - incur cancellation fees, and then reactivate it to change banking details. How ridiculous is that?!

Any suggestions on a reliable fibre service provider, with great connectivity in Soweto? I am currently paying R400 for each of them, something within that range.
