Mweb no network available no support nothing

Been trying to contact Mweb for technical support for last 4 days. Couldn't reach 1 single person from Mweb till today , been on the phone holding on for almost hours and still waiting for online chat reply or assistance but yet again NOTHING. My fiber just stopped working since Thursday its Sunday today, Absolutely BAD... no assistance or support whatsoever!!
