Mweb- No internet service provider!

I have had the worse experience trying to move my internet over to my new address. I have been calling since Tuesday trying to get through to the Technical support department and as soon as I get close to being 1st in the queue the line goes silent and then the call cuts out. I am now paying for internet that I can not get connected ( The line is apparently active). Even when you try and call another department, they just transfer you to Technical and then its starts all over again. After they have signed you up, I feel they no longer give a damn. There is no one else to call and they no longer have branches. Lord knows what I must do now. I will never sign up with Mweb again nor would I recommend them. Absolutely hopeless!!
