MWEB - NO FREE ROUTER RECEIVED

I signed up for a Fibre Deal with M-WEB - this deal included a free Router - WHICH I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED!!!!!!! I have emailed MWEB but to no avail - I cannot afford to call them and be placed on hold for ages. My MWEB Account number is ***6.
