Mweb no fibre suppprt

What a sad experience i have with Mweb. So Metrofiber just completed our fibre, they install my ONT, my network is live. Metro even confirmed the suction i stay is live. My Broadband light is on. Im live.

Mweb however is convinced that im not live. They are not even trying to sort this out. I try to phone them but after 20 min holding they cut you off. I open tickets online, but no responce. Think twice before you choose them for a ISP.
