MWEB - no email contact or Telkom landline number for customer care

No email for help or Customer service. Mweb has really gone down from a great service provider. Why can't they have a TELKOM LANDLINE number as many people get free calls. The 087 is a *******. I have supported them for years but have lost confidence.
