MWEB - No email contact details!!

I am an MWEB client for many years, but I find it very frustrating that one of the biggest Internet/Mail SP in the Country do not have any email contacts of any form. Why should I phone them and be totally frustrated at being told to hold on and put from pillar to post??

I want to send them an email to report something and do not want to wait on a phonecall. One of the reasons I want to mail them is to alert them to a mweb mail client sending mails that are potentially harmful, and in order to do this I need to attached this mail so that they can it is one of their clients!
