Mweb No Customer Service.....Beware!!!!!

I'm not sure what is happening to Mweb, i never had these issues before. Its been a week now since im trying to make contact with mweb billing, i spent over R400 of airtime trying to call them, and they just dint reply on the online queries. I need my internet service as its affecting my work as im working remotely,
