mweb no customer service available, no email contact person available All is automated and impersonal

I have used mweb as my internet provider for years. If one needed help, they used to be fantastic. Now the service is disastrous. they require log in details with a user name and password to log in to do ANYTHING, even just to cancel your account etc. I have all my details written down and yet it says they are invalid. when you opt to change them, it will not let you. Calling them I have tried exactly 12 times, waited up to 22minutes only for the call to be dropped. I know this because every time you need to punch in your number and then retrieve a code off your messages... not easy. ALL I WANT TO DO IS CANCEL THE ACCOUNT NOW BUT I HAVE NO WAY OF LETTING ANYONE KNOW. They also do not have shops like Telkom do to go in and enquire. I would not recommend them as I would hate someone to be tied into something and not have a way to get out of it, even though they say you can cancel without notice. Lies!
