MWEB - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Ive tried calling MWEB 6 times. No answer, no feedback on my order. After speaking to your agents for the 2nd time, they confirmed that they did receive my proof of address that I sent to your email for the 4th time. I ordered my product the 18th of June and was told Vumatel would contact me for installation. Never heard from your team again!! Please assist me MWEB!
