I would like an explanation as to why my monthly debit order increased from R645 in Feb to R749 in March23. A query has been logged via the internet: MWB***1. Also called *** - "due to unforseen circumstances we are unable to take your call now.' If you have a debit order with MWEB, they take your money and have no interest in assisting. It's unacceptable.
