Mweb no connection and after service review

This service is ridiculous!! I have been having problems with my internet. I logged it with them up until I cancelled. When I cancelled they told me they still going to debit me the full amount for the next month. I told them it will be okay if my internet was working or if they can help me to get it to work. I logged a lot of queries, however, my internet is still not working. They took a full months money without me even using it as it is not working. I took the money back because I want them to call me before I pay them.
