MWeb, no connection, 2 weeks, no answer...

They are useless if you have a problem. I sent in a problem, they do nothing and mark it as completed. I phone them and they don't answer for ages and then say I'm 23 in the queue. (Perhaps 2 hours waiting on my cell) I message them to contact me....Nothing for 2 weeks....
