MWEB - no answers to calls or emails - detrimental to my business

I have not been receiving emails from some of my contacts since Wednesday. Some mails have come through but 90% from my contacts i have not been receiving which is detrimental to my business. I have sent emails and have been trying to get hold of MWEB for three days now with over 6 to 7 hours of holding time and getting cut off. Yesterday I got hold of a technical lady by the name of Nanhle if I am not mistaken and explained that we are not receiving emails and she said she would put me on hold to check the back end and she left me on hold for over 1 hour and 20 minutes and the call eventually got cut. Today i got to 1st in line on calls and then at 1 hour 59 seconds of holding, call got cut. I have sent them private messages on Linkedin as well this morning explaining the situation and am waiting for response.
