MWEB - no answer at Call Centre.

I have been trying to get a hold of the accounts department for over a month now, with no success.

I hold for no less than 30mins & then get cut off.

How am I supposed to communicate with this company, I want my email reactivated but calling them is pointless as they never answer & their website doesn’t allow me to fix the problem at hand.

Most frustrating & annoying !!
