MWEB NIGHTMARE SERVICE

I pay early every month even after i lost my job. So they put a debit order threw that was from the PREVIOUS contract after i pay early and stopped that debit order. This happens 5 hours before i must use my last money to go for a job interview. Well after i loaded R150 for air time and them putting the phoned down , not answering , reception just puts down. So i did NOT go for the interview 2nd u take double payments 3rd u CAN NOT REACH ANYONE 4th i have logged query after query but NOTHING STILL!!! I have been a client for many many years they went from the best to the WORST and the attitude u get. Now I HAVE STOPPED PAYMENT lets see how long it takes for them to get payment I'm DONE WITH THEM. Lord must help u and they don't even care to CALL BACK. Phone SALES at 8am and they will pick up and be soooo friendly NOW PHONE BILLING good luck... the phone bill and getting help they are USELESS COMPLETLY USELESS!!!
