Thank you for sharing this experience so openly. We understand how disruptive it is when emails you send start bouncing, especially when this was not happening before the platform upgrade. Reliable email delivery is essential, and not being able to get timely support through the usual channels has clearly added to the frustration. From a technical perspective, email bounces after a platform change are often linked to a few specific areas. While our team will need to review your mailbox and sending logs directly to pinpoint the exact cause, there are some common factors worth checking:
Our focus is to get your email sending reliably again as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Kind regards,

While our team will need to review your mailbox and sending logs directly to pinpoint the exact cause, there are some common factors worth checking:
- Outgoing server (SMTP) settings: Ensure your mail client is using the correct server name, port, and authentication method. Post-upgrade, these settings may have changed or require re-authentication.
- Authentication credentials: Re-enter your email password in your mail client to ensure it is properly syncing with the upgraded platform.
- SPF/DKIM alignment: If you are sending from a custom domain, misalignment in SPF or DKIM records can cause recipient servers to reject messages.
- Mailbox quota or limits: If the mailbox or sending limits are exceeded, emails can bounce back automatically.
- Bounce message details: The specific error code or message included in the bounce notification is key, as it indicates whether the issue is authentication, server rejection, or recipient-side filtering.
Our focus is to get your email sending reliably again as quickly and smoothly as possible.
