Mweb negligence

Had issues in March. Told the support people my email address not reflecting on products. I was assured all is ok. now I cant access my emails. Support just doesnt seems to exsist. Sent emails to *** got a standard reply but no action. My voip line is also down so cant phone on that. PATHETIC PATHETIC SERVICE AND I MUST PAY FOR YOUR GROSS NEGLIGENCE !!!!!! At this rate you'll be going out of business soon.
