MWeb needs to deal with network issues better

Mweb's internet service has been on and off this past month, causing important work commitments to suffer. It is so bad to the point where internet just stops existing with no notice. Their telephone lines are not being answered; giving us messages that say you are on the waiting list, because of high call volumes or simply put "Due to unforseen circumstances, your call cannot be answered". Where is their responsibility in trying to have a team speak to the clients or atleast send a message that gives contingency plans to resolve the problem? Very short- visioned indeed. We hope that they can try to keep our loyalty as time moves in. No one wants to consistently go through such a bad phase, without the respect of your issue at least being addressed with hopes of a prompt solution.
