Mweb needs to communicate better with clients

This server provider does not communicating with their clients, my wifi has been off for days because they have payments problems on their side. When you call the billing department you hold on the line for 30 minutes with no answer. I'm so frustrated because I use wifi with my family everyday... No assistance, no communication from them. I have been trying to make the payment on their app but it's giving me an error and instructing me to call the billing department after I have been waiting for them to debit like they normally do 😡
