Mweb n open serve suck n will eat your jobs

I have Fibre with mweb I'm in lenasia south I never have internet on this Fibre. I took over this Fibre after my company fnb canceled with them n I put it on my name now I have issues. I'm told of cancelation fees n I am not going to pay it I can't have Fibre I'm not using or pay for zero services I now have to spend double because I'm working from home n my bosses are not happy because I'm always down I will not loose my job because of mweb n open serve pls someone escalate this matter n come take your Fibre. I spoke to Abdul in retentions he said he will escalate when another agent checks nothing is escalated to the manager I don't want to change to lte anymore I want this canceled I will move to another provider which will value me as a client
