MWEB- MY WORST EXPERIENCE BYFAR - FITS THE ACRONYM

I think today I nearly passed out,after experiencing a horror movie effect with this company. I had to go through the companies entire headcount to get assisted, and yet still no assistance. How difficult can it be to reactivate a customer's account? How can you be a prominent figure in the industry but appear as useless and disorganized with systems? This company is wholly owned by Dimension Data, uhmm now I question their credibility. Absolutely and utterly disgraceful.
