Dear Fibre prospect- stay away from mweb Fibre. If you will go that route you will be able to get a job as they call it a "Techie" . You will know how to do a quick setup. They are clueless. If you phone vumatel- they will tell you your tickets has been closed and problem solved. Now 15 days. The one guy even ask me to rate him for his service after he realize he could do nothing. I think they read the answers from a handbook. The CEO and his team hide behind the call centre- they are unreachable. No number to get to the service manager. I call upon all uncapped users to share their wifi with the poor. Hierdie slapgat diens kan nie ongestraf bly nie. Long live the connected!!!!
