Mweb must wake up!

I installed a fiber internet line at 10meg/s at R549 p/m. They charge me for a 20meg /s line at R699. Nobdy responds to my on-line inquiries. No option to send a normal email! No call back in spite of such an option on their 087 number.

This is really unacceptable, unprofessional and pathetic.

Companies should be forced to have an email address advertised on their web sites!

Very disgusted.
